Please read pages 257-259 and 283-303 of The Splendor of Recognition. 

Choose either sutra 13 or 16. Write a 1-2 page paper that includes the following:

• The sutra written out in English
• Describe in your own words your understanding of this sutra without quoting Swami-ji’s commentary.
• End your paper with one short paragraph that describes how you might apply the teaching in this sutra in your daily life.
