In preparation for our class on March 2nd, please:

• Watch the movie As It Is In Heaven (available on Netflix and at La Dolce Video in Arcata)

Our first conference call: the recording is posted on the main class webpage. You are invited to contemplate the following questions to prepare for our next class session:

• Is your body trying to “call you up”? What does it want you to hear?
• Notice how your body AND your voice say “yes” and “no” in the coming weeks. When do you feel or say “yes”? When do you feel or say “no”?
• If your “yes” could tell a story, what would it be? What story would your “no” tell?
